Awesome food friendly staff best in area in my opinion for quality.

Ordered a pizza for pick up, was informed of american Express not being accepted upon pick up and payment was refused, in person. Unfortunately it was the only form of payment I could offer so I ofcourse did not receive any pizza and walked out empty handed while understanding the predicament and left. Two days later I received more than the acceptable amount of calls and texts from the owner with threats of arrest and informing the police of what I had done and that I better pay the price for a 10" pizza totaling $12. So I decided to call the police myself and report this man and give them every little ridiculous detail and just like I did myself, they laughed at how ridiculous he is. Do not go here.

Haven't been there in years up until this past week the food was awesome. I will be returning to Tool Town in the near future.

Has always been my favorite pizza place to go to. Some of the best grinders and pizza around town.

Love the pizza. Love the sub I had. Great service. Very nice owner. Only thing lacking in place is maybe a more happy paint color on walls. Too brown.

Always very friendly and so quick. Our order is almost always ready within just 15 minutes. The pizza is great and the salads are our favorite.

Pizza is good ordered a lg steak tip sub really slacked on the steak tips and for the price it was a let down

Delicious pizzas and subs, love their fried raviolis, it's one of the familys favorite places to eat. Prices are decent too.

Great place to eat! Food is good - well made and tasty! The staff is always friendly and helpful. I'm not in Athol often, but whenever I am, a stop for lunch (or dinner) is always a treat.

Just don't order bacon on your pizza. I'm not sure it's real bacon???? Strange "liquid smoke" type of flavor

Owner was extremely kind and helpful, the girls behind the counter were nice and polite and the food was done quickly but still was undoubtedly the best tasting food around. I would recommend if youre looking for an amazingly delicious pizza place and youre in the area Tool Town Pizza is the best hands down.

I used to eat here regularly when I lived in Athol years ago, the pizza and subs I used to get were all very good. They still are, I stop in now and then if I'm passing through and hungry. Had a good pizza this time, crispy, tasty crust, very good sauce flavor and high quality cheese just like always. Thank you, I will be back.

Amazing food but don't bother calling after 8:30 they won't answer. Really irritating.

The best pizza place in athol & orange. My family wont bother with any other places except tool town because its quality for the money. Very nice owners and workers. The only place around that is consistently good! **Edited to say that I have tried many of the menu items now and have several favorites including chicken finger salad, chicken finger dinner, ziti with eggplant, blt grinder, the pizza is really good, the bacon cheddar fries are good, the jalapeno poppers , the fries and onion rings are always cooked perfectly. This place does not disappoint and has been consistently good all 3 years of eating here, very recommended

Food always gets five stars, but the staff does not know how to answer the phone when there are people waiting at the counter and you are in the middle of conversation with them. You acknowledge the people at the counter and then you ask their permission to answer the phone before you do, anything else is less than polite. For sure this is not the only place that suffers from this concern but they should get better at it.

Place is HORRIBLE!!! owner is on another level of rude and very impolite and has no personality what so ever is not friendly at all.Doesn't communicate with customers when there ordering. Gives a rude answer when ordering your food almost like he doesn't want to be bothered with questions. Just walking in the vibe in the place is very heavy like walking on eggshells almost like walking into a court house. Don't waste your money. Friendly town is the best in town.. you can actually have a conversation with the owners over there while your waiting for your food.

Tool town has always been my favorite local pizza place. Although I am pretty disappointed as of lately. They say that they are open until 10. I call at 9:15 and the gentleman tells me they are closing in 10 minutes. I understand not wanting to cook up to the last minute but 45 minutes seems like plenty of time. I guess I will start taking my money to Athol house

This was my first ever experience at Tool Town Pizza and now I’m hooked! Not only was the pizza delicious, the service was exceptional. The gentleman I spoke to when placing the order was extremely polite and helpful. When I arrived to pick up my order he showed me the pizza to make sure it was too my liking, told me he hoped I enjoyed it, and thanked me by name. I highly recommend doing business with these folks. I’d much rather support a great local establishment like this as opposed to a subpar pizza restaurant chain. Tool Town Pizza made a customer for life!

I ordered a meatball/sausage combo. We even had a conversation about it. I asked "Do people like it? Is it a big seller?" When the food arrived my sub was very thin, with barely any filling. I opened it to look & it was only meatball. Slices of meatball about an 1/8" thick. One layer of 1/8" slices of meatball. My complaint had 2 parts - why no sausage? & why so skimpy on the meat? Rather than apologize, she blamed me, saying, "I read it back to you.' I said, "Gee, even Subway puts more meat in their subs." She told the owner & he responded to her, but loud enough for me to hear, "Tell her to go to Subway then." Well, I won't be going to Subway, but I won't go back to Tool Town again either.
